Cottage cheese no flour protein pancakes

Ingredients
• ½ cup 4% cottage cheese• ½ cup oatmeal (1/4 cups dry oats)• 6 egg whites• Canola/vegetable oil or cooking spray (calories not counted)
Directions
1. Cook dry oats. Put the oats in a bowl with 1/4 cup of water and put in the microwave for 3 minutes.
2. In a smoothie blender mix the egg whites, oatmeal and cottage cheese.
3. Fry on a pan with canola oil or cooking spray.

Serving Size: 2 servings (1 serving = 4 pancakes)
