White Pizza with Chicken

Ingredients
8 oz Chicken Breast Meat, broiled, diced8 oz Canned or Jarred Artichoke Hearts1 C Mushrooms, sliced1/2 C White Onions, diced3/4 C Ragu Carb Options Alfredo Sauce1 10 oz Package Frozen Spinach, thawed and drained2 Whole Wheat Pita Pockets (approx 6"), sliced in have length-wise to create 4 pizza bases.1/2 C Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese4 Tbls Parmesan Cheese, grated1 Tbls Italian Seasoning1 tsp Black Pepper
Directions
Combine Alfredo sauce, chicken, artichoke hearts, spinach, onions, mushrooms, pepper, and Italian seasonings in a medium bowl.

Split pita pockets in half between th layers (so that you have 4 pizza bases). Spread mixture evenly across the pitas. Sprinkle evenly with Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, and then cook under broiler (or in toaster oven) until cheese melts.
