Trisha Yearwood jambalaya

Ingredients
4 slices bacon1-1.5 pounds kielbasa sausage, thinly sliced1 1/2 tsp. onion powder2 15-5 oz. cans black beans with juice2 8-oz. cans tomato sauce1 4-oz. can green chilies2 medium carrots, shredded1/2 tsp. Italian or Taco seasoning1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions
In a large stockpot, cook bacon until crisp and set aside. Cook the sausage in bacon drippings until lightly browned. Stir in the onion powder, black beans, tomato sauce, chilies, carrots, and seasonings. Bring the stew to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer, covered for 45 minutes. Stir occasionally. Crumble the bacon and sprinkle on top of the strew before serving. Serve over rice.
