8 oz. Neufchatel Cheese (1/3 Fat of Cream Cheese)3 Garlic Cloves, minced1/2 Onion, minced1/4 Cup Greek Yogurt8 oz. (1/2 lb.) Imitation Crab-Flake Style1 t. Truvia (or Stevia)60 Wonton wrappers
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray shallow baking pan with nonstick spray. Let neufchatel cheese set at room temperature and mix in with Greek yogurt. Mince the onion and garlic cloves and mix with the neufchatel cheese and yogurt mixture. Add the Truvia (or Stevia) to the mix. Finely chop flake crab meat and add to the mixture. Place a small dab of the crab mixture in the middle of each wonton and use a line of water on the edges of the wonton to glue them together in a triangle or square pocket. Bake the filled wontons for about 15 minutes. Serve warm with sweet and sour sauce if desired.
