Crabmeat Quiche

Ingredients
1 can Pillsbury crescent rolls1 cup shredded sharp cheese1 egg1/2 cup light whipping cream1 cup imitation crab meat (can be substituted with ham, bacon, or pepperoni too)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375º.

Grease an 8 x 8" baking dish and cover bottom with unfolded crescent rolls to form a crust.

Arrange meat of your choice on top of the crust.

In a bowl, combine cheese, egg, and whipping cream. Then pour over meat.

Cook for 15-20 minutes. Makes about 6 slices.
