Ingredients
1 tsp cornstarch2 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce4 tbsp water 4 tbsp hoisin sauce4 tsp canola oil2 tbsp each fresh minced ginger an garlic2-14oz. bags coleslaw mix1 cup chopped scallions4 cups shredded rotisserie chicken2 tsp toasted sesame oil16- 6" whole wheat tortillas
Directions
Whisk cornstarch, soy sauce, water and hoisin in small bowl. Heat canola oil in large nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Add ginger and garlic and stir-fry 1 minute. Add coleslaw mix and half of scallions and stir-fry until just wilted, about 3 minutes. Add chicken and soy sauce mixture. Toss until heated through. Drizzle with sesame oil. Serve wrapped in tortillas, warmed in microwave, and if desired add additional hoisin and remaining chopped scallions.
