125 Calorie Chocolate Chip Pancakes

1/4 cup Brown Sugar (packed)1 cup Whole Wheat Flour1 tsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp Baking Soda1/2 tsp Salt1 cup Unsweetened Applesauce1/3 cup Skim Milk2 Egg Whites1/4 cup miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
1. Mix the brown sugar, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl
2. Blend the unsweetened applesauce with the dry ingredients.
3. Blend the skim milk and egg whites after the applesauce (add more milk if you want the pancakes thinner).
4. Mix in the chocolate chips.
5. Heat skillet.
6. Pour 1/3 cup batter on to skillet.
7. Flip when many bubbles have popped.
Serving Size: Makes 8 pancakes (1/3 cup of batter each)
