Directions
8 oz talapia fillet1/2 cup chopped tomatos1/2 cup chopped mushrooms1 cup fresh spinachhandful of chopped onionlemon pepper sesoning
pre heat oven to 410
in an oven safe dish season talapia with lemon pepper- i love lemon pepper so i just make sure the seasoning is everywhere. stick it in the oven!
while thats cookin, sautee spinach, mushrooms, tomatos, and onion in a pan. You can add more lemon pepper to this if you want or really any kind of seasoning you like. I like to add a little bit of water when i sautee this stuff too, like a tbsp.
the fish should really only need to cook for about seven to ten mins. Keep checkin on it so it doesnt dry out. but when thats ready to go, all you do is put the sauteed spinach and stuff on a plate and lay the cooked talapia on top. then enjoy! yum. yum.
