Chicken with Green Chili Sauce

Ingredients
2 (5oz each), boneless skinless chicken breasts1/2 t Cajoun Seasoning1 can low fat cream chicken soup1/4 c water1 small can diced green chilies1/2t lemon juice2 T low fat sour cream (optional) not figured in calorie count
Directions
Spray skilet with cooking spray, and season chicken with Cajun Seasoning. Brown chicken on both sides. Meanwhile in small bowl combine Cream Chicken Soup, Water, Green Chilies, and Lemon Juice. Pour over browned Chicken, and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes, or until juices run clear. Stir in sour cream if wanted. Really good if served with Brown Rice!!
