Green breakfast smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 a cup of freshly squeezed orange juice,1/2-1 peeled apple,ca. 1/2 a peeled cucumber,1 celery stick,1/2 avocado, a handful of fresh spinach,a cucumber in a blender.
Directions
Put all the fruit and veggies in a blender, along with the orange juice. Blend thoroughly, then add a spoonful of flax seed oil. Blend again, but only for a very short time. Pour into a glass with some ice cubes and enjoy!

If you are the happy owner of a juicer, you can make some fresh apple juice and replace the orange juice. You can also juice the cucumber.
