Ingredients
Use this Ratio for every 1 Sweet potato or Yam: 1 washed and unpeeled Apple ¼ of an Onion choppedSome Garlic to taste.Enough chopped broccoli or green pepper to add color. 3 Breakfast sausage links, chunked and pretty well cooked – almost done. Cut Vegies and Apple into chunks of the same size. Micro other veggies and Apples 2 min.Use separate bowls for the potatoes.Drizzle SP with EVOO and Micro 2-3 min.Add all to a skillet and sauté.Fry eggs. Plating: Top skillet mix with the fried egg. Add toast.Notes: Potatoes should be washed and unpeeled, but cut out bad spots. Yellow sweet potatoes have to be cooked longer than the darker orange ones..
