Lyle's Golden Syrup Flapjacks

100g Butter75g golden syrup75g soft brown sugar225g porridge oats
1. heat butter, syrup and sugar in a saucepan over a low heat until melted.
2. stir in the oats and mix well
3. spread into a greased 8x12 swiss roll tin, levelling the top with a knife
4. bake at 180C for 30 mins
5. leave in tin for 10 minutes to cool then cut into 24 fingers
Serving Size: Makes 24 portions
