Shrimp Avocado Pasta Salad

Ingredients
1/2 x 16oz package RosaMarina Pasta1 medium avocado Celery - 4 large stalks Roma Tomato - 3 Shrimp - (frozen tail on 41-50 size- already cooked) 1 Orange or Yellow Bell pepper cilantro - to taste (I only used about 2 tbsps chopped)Zesty Light Italian Salad dressing - enough to make moist - I used 2 tbsp.
Directions
Cook pasta according to package
While pasta is cooking, chop all ingredients into bite size or smaller pieces.
Defrost shrimp under cold running water and chop into bite size pieces.
When Pasta done - rinse under cold water.
Mix all together and serve - it is bright/ crunchy/ flavorful/ a good protein source and super healthy!
