Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
8 c broccoli, chopped1/4 c red onion, thinly sliced1/2 c reduced fat cheddar cheese, shredded1/4 c golden raisins6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled1 c canola mayonnaise3 tbsp apple cider vinegar1/4 c sugar1/4 tsp celery seedsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and celery seed in large bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix until fully distributed. Cover and place in refrigerator until ready to serve. Best when allowed to sit for a few hours - flavors will blend better.
