No Grain Bread

Ingredients

1/2 cup almond meal 1/2 cup ground, golden flax1 tsp sea salt5 eggs, seperated3/4 cup canned pumpkin2 tbsp oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line 9x13 inch pan with parchment and grease with butter.
In medium sized bowl, combine egg yolks, pumpkin and oil. Add dry ingredients and mix.
In another clean (not plastic) bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Fold into egg yolk mixture.
Spread into prepared pan.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Cool before cutting into squares.
Can freeze for later use.
