4 cup Campbell's low sodium chicken broth2 1/2 cups water2 medium Onions, raw, (2-1/2" dia), diced in 1/2-3/4" pieces2 tbsp chopped Parsley1.5 tsp Basil1 tsp Thyme3 large whole (3" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes, peeled and quartered1 cup Mushrooms, fresh, pieces or slices*****************************************1.5 lbs Clams, in shell, scrubbed well with brush16 oz Red Snapper (fish), in 1-1 1/2" chunks 24 large Shrimp, raw, 8 Alaskan King Crab legs
Mix all ingredients, except seafood in large pot. Boil to cook vegetables. Add seafood in order listed, cooking 5 minutes with each addition.
