Egg Muffins

Ingredients
6 large eggs1/2 cup 2% milk1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheesesalt and pepper to tastePam cooking spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray muffin pan with cooking spray. Place muffin pan inside another pan in case of overflow.
Mix ingredients.
Pour evenly into muffin tins. They will be full.
Cook for 25-30 minutes.
Once these are cool, they can be stored in refrigerator and reheated in microwave for 30 secs.
