Creamy Green Sauce or Salsa

Ingredients
3 Avocados, peeled and pitted3 Green Tomatoes4 Fresh Tomatillos, husks removed3 Cloves Garlic, peeled2 Jalapeno Peppers, seeded and halved16 oz. Fat Free Sour Cream2 tbsp. Cilantro2 tbsp. Salt & Pepper, each1 tbsp. Cayenne Pepper
Directions
Place tomatoes, tomatillos, garlic and jalapenos in a large pot. Add enough water to cover. Bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and drain; allow to cool.

Once cool, place avocados, the above vegetables, sour cream and cilantro in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Season with the spices, to taste. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
