Low Calorie Biscuits

Ingredients
1 cup self rising flour2 TBSP margarine1/2 cup milk
Directions
Pre-heat the oven to 450 degrees.
Cut margarine into the self rising flour.
Mix in the milk.
Press or roll dough until it is about 1/2-3/4 inch thick.
Cut into 2 1/2 inch circles. (a cup coated in cooking spray works well)
Bake for 10 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 8- 2 1/2 inch pieces
