Ingredients
4 slices uncured, unsmoked, unsalted bacon (diced)1 medium onion, diced1 pound cauliflower florets (about 1/2 head)2 cups fish stock1 can full fat coconut milk1 lb cooked mussels100 grams cooked baby shrimp155 grams baby clams1/4 tsp cayenne1/3 tsp paprikasea salt & pepper to taste
Directions
In a large deep skillet fry bacon. Add onion and cook until translucent. Add fish stock and cauliflower. Cook until cauliflower is tender. Add remaining ingredients and heat through.

    Awesome chowder. I substituted cauliflower with 3 diced potatoes and blended before adding seafood for an extra creamy soup. Absolutely delicious. - 3/10/13

    Excellent flavors in this soup! Easy to make. I added Crab in place of the shrimp. And added Old Bay as seasoning. Great idea to add the cauliflower. Gives it a nice hearty feel and flavor. - 4/18/12
