No Grain Brownies

1/3 cup coconut oil1/4 cup dark cacao50 grams of 100% cacao dark chocolate 6 eggs1/2 cup steviva blend1/2 tsp sea salt1/2 tsp vanilla extract1/2 cup coconut flour1/2 cup chopped walnuts (about 50 grams)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8" square baking dish.
In a small saucepan melt coconut oil and chocolate. Add cacao.
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Meanwhile, in a medium size mixing bowl, whisk eggs with steviva, vanilla and sea salt. Whisk in the coconut flour. Add chocolate mixture and walnuts. Mix well making sure there are no coconut flour lumps.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake approximately 30-35 minutes.
Cool before frosting.
OPTION: Frost with Chocolate Coconut Cream Cheese Frosting
