Tomato Vegetable Soup with Ground Sausage

Ingredients
Kale ( 2 cups)Head of CabbageCelery (4 stalks)Carrots (4)Frozen Mixed Vegetables (2-10 oz bags)Crushed Tomato (2-28 oz cans)Tomato Puree (2-28 oz cans)Ground Pork Sausage (2-1 lb tubes)Onion Soup MixWater (amount depending on how "soupy" you want it)Season to taste
Directions
Chop cabbage, celery, and carrots to bite size pieces. Add all the fresh, frozen, and canned vegetables, along with seasonings to pot. Add water to taste (depending on how thin or think you like your soup). Brown sausage and add to the soup. I cook the soup on high until it boils and then I just let it simmer all day (or at least until the fresh vegetables soften up in the soup). Season to taste.
