1 pound chickpeas (garbanzo beans), cooked.3 tomato1/2 cup red onion, diced4-5 cloves garlic, diced (or minced)1 large green bell pepper, diced1-1.5 cups parsley, chopped1-2 lemons, squeezed (about 3 tbsp lemon juice, adjust to taste)8 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Combine all ingredients and chill before serving.
