Grilled Talapia Marsala

Ingredients

14 oz can diced tomatoes - no salt1/4 tsp pepper1 cup sliced mushrooms, freshJuice from 1/2 lemon1 tbsp parsley1 lb talapia filets
Combine all ingredients into a large plastic bag. Let fish marinade for at least a 1/2 hour. Remove fish from the marinade, and cook on the grill, until fish flakes easily (approx 15 to 20 minutes).
While fish is grilling, pour marinade into a saucepan, and on medium/high heat, cook until mushrooms are cooked and sauce thickens. A bit of flour may be added to help it thicken.
I grill my fish on the BBQ in a grilling basket, and add a few pepoers and grill together. I served with salad and a wild rice mixture. Sauce can be spooned over fish and rice.
