Oatmeal banana pancakes

3/4 cup whole wheat flour1/3 cup old fashioned oats2 TB oat bran2 TB wheat germ1 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp baking soda1/2 t cinnamon1 medium banana, mashed1/2 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt1 egg1 tsp vanilla1/3 cup skim milk
Heat a lightly oiled griddle over medium-low heat.
In a bowl, mix the flour, oats, oat bran, wheat germ, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. In a separate bowl, mix banana, yogurt, egg, and vanilla. Stir banana mixture and milk into the flour mixture until evenly moist and thick.
Scoop about 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto the prepared griddle, and cook, turning once, until golden brown on both sides.
Serving Size: makes about 9 pancakes
