Avacado Tomato Salad

Ingredients
1/2 Medium Peeled Cucumber (Diced and sliced) 1/2 of a Large Tomato (Diced)1/2 Of a Ripe Hass Avacado (diced and sliced thin) * the cucumber makes this extremely refreshing... no need to add salt or other seasoning (at least not to me) ... The flavors work great together! Mix together in a bowl - the juice from the tomato and the soft ripeness of the avacado give this a creamy light sauce.. LOVE IT for the summer... Light and Refreshing and SUPER easy!
