Lamb, Leg, Sirloin Half--3.68 lb (1699 grams)3 cloves garlic, chopped1 tbsp Olive Oil2 tsp Dried RosemarySalt and Pepper to taste
Poke small holes in top of lamb sirloin, and insert slivers of chopped garlic. Brush lamb with olive oil, then add about 2 tsp dried rosemary, and salt and pepper to taste.
Bake at 350 for about 75 minutes, or until timer indicates meat has reached proper temperature.
