Ingredients
2 Celery stalks with leaves 20 Cherry tomatoes1 bell pepper (red or orange)1 can (12 oz) yellow sweet corn or fresh corn Chives lemon juice to tasteDill weed fresh (5 springs)3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
Directions
Wash, cut and mix veggies together. Add lemon or lime juice. Salt pepper and herbs (fresh dill or cilantro suggested) to taste. Serve cold as a side dish (4 portions) or double it up for a light entree! Serving Size: 4 side dish of 200 gr
