Ground Turkey (Dark) Meatloaf

1lb of ground chicken or turkey1/2C chopped onion1/4 ketchup1tsp low sodium Worchestershire sauce4 slices wheat bread crumbled1 large egg1/4 c milk1 can of Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom soup 1 tsp peppersalt (optional and not included in nutritional info)
Combine, meat, onion, low sodium worchestershire sauce, 4 slices whole wheat bread, ketchup, egg, and salt and pepper (to taste) in a bowl, mix well. Spoon into 8 non-stick muffin or mini-loaf pans. Spoon mushroom soup over each and bake 20-25 minutes at 450 degrees.
Eat alone or on a piece of whole wheat bread or whole wheat bagel for some added fiber.
