green chili quiche

Ingredients
6 Eggs1 c Milk8 oz Green chili's1 romaTomato4 oz grated Sharp Cheddar1/4 t Paprika
Directions
Mix eggs w milk. Add 1/4 t paprika, salt, and some pepper. Finely chop 2 4oz cans whole green chili's and 1 mild red pepper OR 1 roma tomato. Add 4 oz shredded Sharp cheddar cheese. Salt and pepper.
Pour into greased 2 qt casserole dish.
Bake for 35-40 min at 350 degrees.
Serve w sour cream.
