Wet Ingredients:1/2 cup: Oil1/2 cup: Soft Margarine2: Eggs2 tsp: Vanilla Extract1 3/4 cup: Sugar2 cups: Grated ZucchiniDry Ingredients:4 Tbsp: Cocoa Powder1 tsp: Baking Soda1 Tsp: Baking Powder1 tsp: Salt1/2 tsp: Cinnamon1/2 cup: Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips1/4 cup Pecans, chopped (optional, but are included in nutritional calculation)
1. Oil, grease, butter or spray a 9X13 pan.
2. Set oven at 425 degrees (slightly less if using a glass pan).
3. Combine the wet ingredients.
4. Add grated zucchini.
5. Mix dry ingredients.
6. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
7. Pour into prepared 9X13 pan.
8. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and pecans
9. Bake for 45 minutes.
