Banana Bread Heart Healthy

Ingredients
1 cup Canola Oil3.5 cups White Unbleached flour1 cup Granulated Sugar2 cups light Brown Sugar4 medium bananas, mashed5 medium-large Egg whites1 tsp Cinnamon1/2 tsp Nutmeg1/2 tsp Baking Powder2/3 cup Water2 tsp Baking Soda1 tsp Iodized Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Vigorously mix all ingredients, pour into 3 greased loaf pans. Bake 1 hour or until crease down in center of loaf is dry. Partially cool before removing from pan.
