Cheesy Denver Hashbrowns

1 Bag Ore Ida Hash Browns, 850 grams1/3 C. Peanut Oil.5 C. Green Peppers (bell peppers), chopped .5 C. Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, chopped .5 C. Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), chopped.5 C. Onions, raw, chopped**Velveeta (Made with 2% Milk), 6 oz (remove)
Mix chopped veggies into a bowl.
Heat oil in non-stick skillet over medium - high heat.
Carefully add frozen hash browns to form an even layer.
Sprinkle veggies over the top of hashbrowns. Cook 4-7, turn, cook an addition 4-7 minutes, turn and cook 2-3 minutes.
During last cooking session (2-3 minutes), slice velveeta cheese into thin slices and lay slices around hasbrowns.
Done when cheese is melted and hashbrowns are a golden brown.
Serving Size: Makes 10 1 Cup Servings (or more)
