Norwegian Muffins

Ingredients
1 stick butter (melted)1 cup sugar2 eggs1.5 cup flour1 tsp baking powder3/4 cup almond breeze
Directions
turn on oven to 350
line muffin tins

beat eggs and sugar - add melted butter
Mix in flour and baking powder
mix in almond breez
sprinkle with cinnoman


Cook for 20 minutes
