Ingredients
Zucchini,onions,celery,bell pepper, swiss chard, tomatoes.
Directions
Saute onions, celery, bell pepper in
EVOO until onions are transparent. Add zucchini and saute until tender. Add swiss chard and wilt. Add black pepper and red pepper flakes if desired. Add tomatoes or tomato sauce until hot.
