Ingredients
Romaine Lettuce, 2 cups chopped Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia) Cucumber (with peel), 1 cucumber (8-1/4") Carrots, raw, 1 cup, grated Swordfish, 3 oz grilled on dry Foreman's grill *Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tbsp
Directions
Chop everything into bite sized pieces and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Easy and nutritious, it's 100 calorie lunch and you can subtract any vinegar left in the bottom of the bowl!
