Skillet white bean and tomato spaghetti

Ingredients
1 lb thin spaghetti3 tlbs olive oil2 lg cloves garlic5 medium chopped fresh tomatoes1 can white beans1 c vegetable bouillon or brothSalt & pepper to taste1/4 c white wine optional
Directions
Heat oil in large skillet; add and sauté garlic till lighty brown, add tomatoes and cook approx 10 min on med low until soft. meanwhile cook spaghetti. Add bouillon salt and pepper heat thoroughly until hot on medium heat. Add beans and stir till blended do not over cook beans will get mushy. Pour over spaghetti and serve with parmesan cheese if desired.
