Potato, fresh, 4 large potatosOnions, raw, 2 medium, thinly slicedMilk, nonfat, 25 cup Green Olives, 50 grams Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp (or light margarine)Egg, fresh, 2 medium Egg white, 3 serving *Ground Beef 93% Lean, 15 oz (Browned, fat drained and rinsed with hot water)
Peel and boil potatoes, along with eggs with out salt.
In the mean time, brown meat,drain all fat and rinse with hot water.
Return meat to pan and add sliced onions until soft, add: salt, pepper, cummin, oregano and "aji dule" to taste. Reserve.
Once potatoes and eggs are cooked. Peel eggs, cut two hole eggs and 3 whites, and add them to the meat stew.
Make mashed potates, adding butter, milk and 2 spoons of splenda.
In an oven pan, put a thin layer of the mashed potatoes, then meat and cover with the rest of the mashed potatoes.
Sprinkle with cinammon and Splenda, take to a 450 degrees oven for about 30 min. until mashed patatoes is golden brown.
Rest 15 min. and serve with green salad.
