1 slice white bread1 fresh apple cored and sliced1 wedge lemon3 tsp Splenda1 tsp water1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Serves 1
1.Cook apple,lemon juice,water,cinnamon and Splenda in a covered pan until tender.
2.Cool and remove crust from bread and roll with rolling pin to make thinner
3.Place apple mixture on half of bread fold and moisten egdes press together with fork.
4.Bake in hot oven at 435F 218 c for 15-20 mins unitl brown
