Sauteed Veggies with Wild Rice

2 cups Wild Rice1 tbsp Olive Oil.5 cup Red Onions, sliced1 cup Zucchini, sliced1 cup Yellow Squash, sliced.5 cup Mushrooms, sliced2 medium Tomatoes, cut into wedgesMrs. Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning
Cook the wild rice per normal instructions. In another pan, heat one tablespoon of olive oil. Add red onions and sautee until just tender. Add zucchini, squash, mushrooms, and Mrs. Dash to preference. When zucchini and squash begin to get soft, add tomatoes. Cook down until tomatoes are pulpy. Serve sauteed veggies over wild rice.
