My Favorite Things Salad

8 C. mixed salad greens (from pre-washed package)1/3 C. jicama, peeled and cut into matchstick strips2 green onions, plus tops, washed and thinly sliced1 can (16 oz.) artichoke hearts packed in brine, chilled, well drained and quartered2/3 C. whole pitted ripe olives, drained and halved lengthwise3/4 C. yellow bell pepper, coarsely chopped10 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled1 pint fresh, ripe strawberries, washed, capped and halved1/3 C. broken, salted cashews1 (8 oz.) bottle poppyseed dressing or French dressing
Place salad greens in a large salad bowl; add jicama, green onions, artichoke hearts, olives, bell pepper and bacon. Toss to combine. Arrange strawberries around salad and sprinkle with cashews. Drizzle salad dressing over before serving and pass remaining salad dressing.
