Swiss Muesli

Ingredients
1/2 cup hot water1/2 cup oatmeal1 cup plain yogurt1/4 cup cranberries, dried1/4 cup raisins2 tbsp wheat bran2 tbsp wheat germ2 tbsp ground flax seed1 apple, chopped
Directions
Mix water and oatmeal, let stand until water is absorbed. Mix in other ingredients. Makes 4 - 1 cup breakfast servings, or 8 - 1/2 cup snack servings. Refrigerate up to three days.
