1.5 cups plain non fat yogurt10 oz frozen spinach thawed and squeezed dry1/2 cup low fat mayo with olive oil1 packet knorr vegetable soup mix
Directions
mix all ingredients. let sit for at least 2 hours in fridge
serve with vegtgies and crackers
