Healthy Bran Muffins

Ingredients
250ml buttermilk20gr olive oil30gr brown sugar50gr wheat bran150gr wholemeal flour0.5tsp vanilla30gr steelcut oats30gr sunflower seeds1Tbs sesame seeds0.5 tsp baking soda0.5 tsp baking power
Directions
Mix all wet ingredients then add all dry ingredients mixed apart from sesame seed. Spoon in muffin tins, sprinkle with sesame seed. Bake at 190C for 20min.

Substitutes:
honey or syrup instead of sugar
applesauce instead of oil
kefir or sour milk or milk+tsp of lemon juice or vinerar instead of buttermilk
raisins or nuts or other grains instead of sunflower seeds and steelcut oats
lemon or orange zest or run instead of vanilla.

Optional:
1 egg
