2 large ripe tomatoes (diced)3 green onion stalks (chopped)10 cilantro sprigs (chopped - fine)1 tbs. lime juice 1/4 tsp. salt1 jalapeno pepper (chopped - very fine)
1. Add your diced tomatoes, chopped green onions, and finely chopped cilantro to a medium sized bowl.
2. Add your very finely chopped jalapeno pepper (make sure you remove the seeds) to the bowl.
3. Add your lime juice and salt to the bowl.
4. Mix everything together.
5. ENJOY!!!
