8 tomatoes (Peeled and cored)1 cucumber (Peeled)2/3 small onion2-3 cloves garlic2T olive oil1/2 loaf of the inside of crusty french bread (optional)salt & pepper to taste
Blend all ingredients add 1-3 cups of water, salt and pepper to taste. Serve chilled.
