Tuna Salad

Ingredients
1/2 can of Cloverleaf flaked light Tuna in Water (drain)2 Celery stalks1/2 onionKraft Miracle Whip Calorie WiseCompliments Organic Lactose Free Old Cheddar Cheese (Optional)1/2 Dempsters whole grain pita pocket
Directions
drain tuna and add 1/2 in bowl
chopped up fine Celery, onions and shred cheese then add to bowl
add miracle whip and mix all together
(I usually make it ahead and put in the fridge so cold for lunch)
put in 1/2 of pita pocket and enjoy.
