Ingredients
Mangosbrown sugarhoneygranulated sugarlime juicecider viengargarlicred pepper diced or 1 tbsp. red pepper flakesground ginger or freshraisins (golden) salt & pepper to taste
Directions
put all ingredients in saucepan and bring to slow boil. Simmer 30 to 45 minutes until reduced by almost half. Cool. You can put in food processor for smoother consistency or use a masher/ricer for chunkier consistency. Great added to BBQ sauce. Keeps for 1 month in fridge or bottle and up through canning process. Keeps for a year.
