Salsa mixture:2 tbsp diced pineapple3 tbsp rinsed & drained black beans2 tbsp salsa2 7" wheat tortillas - warmed1/2 cup spinach4 oz grilled chicken strips
Directions
Combine salsa mixture ingredients. Layer each tortilla with 1/4 spinach, 2 oz chicken, and 1/2 of the salsa mixture.
