Zucchini pie

Ingredients
1 tube reduced fat crescent rolls3.5 cups zucchini sliced4 tlbs light butter2 tlbs olive oil1 cup onion chopped1/2 cup egg beaters1/2 cup reduced fat mozzarella cheese1 cup reduced fat Colby jack cheese2 tlbs dried parsley flakes1/4 tsp oregano1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepperGarlic seasoning
Directions
Unroll crescent roll and place in pie pan with points of triangles facing in. You want to cover sides & bottom ( I only used 7 pieces of dough)
Sauté zucchini and onion w/ butter & oil until tender
Mix egg beaters, cheeses & seasonings with zucchini mixture
Spread all filling in crust
Bake at 375 for 23 a- 25 minutes or inserted knife comes out clean.
